Pay online and we'll check it's on the shelf, put it behind the counter with your name on it, and text you when it's ready. Collect within 14 days.

Records are packed in proper mailers and posted within 2 working days. We'll text you the tracking number.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel any online order within 14 days of receiving it (or of collecting it), no reason needed. Tell us in the shop or by phone or email, then bring or post the record back within 14 days of telling us. It needs to come back in the condition it left; sealed records should still be sealed. We refund the price of the record and the standard postage you paid, within 14 days of getting it back. You pay for posting it back unless it's faulty.
Something wrong with it?
If a record arrives damaged, warped or isn't what you ordered, let us know and we'll sort it: a replacement if we have one, or a full refund including any return postage. Your legal rights are not affected.
If it's just sold in the shop
Our stock is shared between the shop and the website. If someone buys the last copy over the counter while you're paying online, we'll refund you in full straight away.
